Week shape

  • Meridian Wealth re-engaged and committed for FY26
  • Q2 compliance attestation lodged
  • Tom Briggs partnership decided either way
  • Two new prospects moved from "warm" to "meeting booked"

Thinking points

  • The Meridian relationship has needed 3 follow-ups in 2 weeks — is something shifting on their side worth a direct conversation?
  • Tom Briggs' joint event would commit one Saturday a month for six months — is that the right way to source clients in FY26?
  • What changed since yesterday: Sarah delivered the SoA revision overnight — the 10:30 is now a closing conversation, not a working session.
What changed Sarah delivered the SoA revision overnight — the 10:30 is now a closing conversation, not a working session.

The first hour

You spend the first hour of the day reconstructing it.

You assemble the picture by hand, before your first meeting, hoping you haven't missed the one thing that mattered.

  1. 01

Forty unread threads. Three actually need you.

The rest is noise you still read through, just to be sure you did not miss one.

  2. 02

You walk in reacting, not deciding.

The day runs you, because you started it assembling context.

  3. 03

    The quiet shifts go unseen.

A client gone quiet, a decision deferred a week. The things that decide your quarter rarely arrive flagged urgent.

The shift

Trade an hour of triage for a 90-second read.

Most mornings now

You build the picture yourself

  • Open Outlook and triage from scratch
  • Cross-check the calendar for traps and back-to-backs
  • Hunt for what changed in SharePoint overnight
  • Reach the first meeting still catching up

With DayBriefAI

The picture is waiting at 7:30am

  • Open one page, read it in 90 seconds
  • Walk in knowing what needs you and what to decide
  • The shift that matters is flagged, not missed
  • Start the day on a plan, not in your inbox

What you actually see

It reads for what you'd want a chief of staff to catch.

Scoped to executive-grade signal: the decisions and shifts that move the business. It skips routine task-tracking and noise.

  • 01

    The pattern worth questioning

A client who has needed three follow-ups in two weeks. The brief asks whether something is shifting, while you still have time to act. This is the part a dashboard never gives you.

  • 02

    The one thing that changed

Most tools show you the state of things. DayBriefAI closes with the one shift since yesterday that should reshape your day (the deferred decision, the contract that landed overnight, the client who has gone quiet) so you act on it while it still matters.

  • 03

    The client awaiting your decision

Surfaced to the top with the ask in one line, so the thread you can't afford to drop doesn't stay buried below a newsletter.

  • 04

    The meeting that needs prep

Tagged before you walk in, so you've already done the thinking the conversation needs instead of catching up in the room.

Setup

About twenty minutes, once. Then it runs on its own.

If you can install an app and sign into your work account, you can do this. No IT project, no developer. You'll need Microsoft 365 and your own paid Claude Desktop plan (billed by Anthropic, not by us).

  1. ~10 min

    Drop the SKILL.md into Claude.

Open the kit, install the included file into your own Claude app, and follow the 3-page setup guide.

  2. ~7 min

Connect your Microsoft 365 work account.

Grant Claude the Outlook, calendar and file access you already have. If your org requires IT to approve a new app connection, that's a one-time sign-off.

  3. ~3 min

Schedule it for 7:30am on weekdays.

Set the daily run, then leave Claude open and your machine on overnight, or just unlock it first thing. The brief is built and waiting when you sit down, typically by 7:30. Wake the machine later and it simply runs then.

What's in the kit

Two named files, or the whole system installed.

Named files you can open and keep. No course, no dashboard, no login.

v1.0

Fit

For founders, MDs and partners who run on Microsoft 365.

For you

This is for you if

  • You run an SMB, a practice, or a department on Microsoft 365 and Teams
  • You are a founder, MD, principal or partner whose mornings start with catch-up
  • You want to start the day acting on a plan instead of assembling one
  • You'd rather read 90 seconds than open forty tabs

Not for

This isn't for you if

  • You don't live in Microsoft 365; it reads Outlook, calendar, SharePoint, OneDrive
  • You want a generic prompt pack rather than a system that installs and runs itself
  • You want a dashboard of live metrics. DayBriefAI reads for what changed overnight, not a real-time view

Pricing

Buy it once. It's yours.

A one-time purchase in AUD, any GST shown at checkout. No subscription to us, no login. You run it on your own paid Claude plan, billed separately by Anthropic. One licence per executive seat; team licensing on request.

About the hour you lose reconstructing context most mornings: paid for once, not rented every month.

The brief is free to read first

Read the real brief this produces before you pay, in full on this page, or sent to your inbox. You're buying named files you keep, not a subscription, and the brief is built inside your own Claude, so we never see your Microsoft 365 data.

What this is built on

New product. No testimonials yet, and I won't fake them.

No customer logos to show yet, so don't take my word for it. Read the full brief this produces, free, before you pay. Then judge for yourself. Here's exactly what it runs on and what it can reach.

Built on Claude, reads your Microsoft 365

The thinking runs on Anthropic's Claude, inside your own account, reading only the Microsoft 365 you already have access to, never on a server of ours. DayBriefAI is an independent kit and is not affiliated with Anthropic or Microsoft.

  • Runs on Anthropic's Claude

Claude does the reasoning inside your own app. No black box of ours in the middle.

  • Reads only what you can read

It uses the Microsoft 365 access you already have. Can't open a file? Neither can it.

  • We never receive your data

It's processed by Claude on Anthropic's servers. No server of ours ever holds your mail.

  • Built in Australia

Questions

The honest answers.

The real questions a skeptical operator asks before buying. If yours isn't here, email hello@daybriefai.com.

Is this a subscription?
No. You buy the kit once and install it into your own Claude. There's no vendor login and nothing that renews.
Do I need Microsoft 365?
Yes. The brief is built from your Outlook, calendar and files. If you don't live in Microsoft 365, it isn't for you.
Do I need anything on the Claude side?
Yes. The Claude Desktop app on a paid Anthropic plan that supports scheduled runs, open at 7:30. That subscription is an Anthropic cost, separate from this one-time kit.
Is my data safe, and will it work with our locked-down M365?
Once installed, Claude reads only what you can already read inside your own M365 permissions, so we never receive your data: no server of ours ever holds your mail. It connects through the standard Microsoft 365 connection; if your org requires admin consent, IT approves it once. Not sure it'll clear your environment? Read the full sample brief first and check with IT before you buy.
Can't I just write the prompt myself?
You can. Pro's SKILL.md is that logic already built, tested and running itself at 7:30; Standard is just the prompt if you'd rather run it by hand.
Why A$149?
A$149 buys the version that runs itself: install the SKILL.md once and it builds your brief every weekday, with no prompt to paste in by hand. That's the step up from the A$49 Standard. You're paying once for the morning context-assembly a chief of staff would do, instead of doing it yourself before each first meeting. (It runs on your own paid Claude plan, billed by Anthropic; that part isn't ours.) Read the real brief above and decide if the trade is worth it.
Do you offer refunds?
Because the kit downloads instantly and can't be returned once you have it, all sales are final. That's exactly why the full sample brief is free to read first, on this page and by email: you see precisely what you're buying before you pay. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law still apply.
What happens when the update window ends?
Nothing switches off. The kit is yours and keeps working; it runs on your own Claude and the standard Microsoft 365 connection. Updates just mean I ship refreshed prompts and connector tweaks across those 12 months; when they end, your kit keeps running exactly as it did.
What happens after I buy?
The .zip is yours instantly via Lemon Squeezy, with a receipt that lets you re-download any time. Then the setup guide walks you to your first 7:30 brief.

Tomorrow morning

Open one page at 7:30, a 90-second read, instead of forty tabs.

Read the real brief above, then decide. Install it once and it's yours. Every weekday it builds your brief from your own Microsoft 365, while you read instead of assemble.
