Terms of Service

The agreement between you and DayBriefAI when you buy or use the Executive Brief Kit.

1. Who we are

"DayBriefAI" refers to the operator of this site (referred to here as "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms govern your purchase and use of the Executive Brief Kit (the "Kit"): a downloadable set of files including a PDF reference, an installable Claude skill (SKILL.md), prompts, and a setup guide.

2. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are to be resolved in courts located in New South Wales. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

3. What you are buying

The Kit is a one-time digital purchase. You are buying a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for one executive seat (Standard or Pro tier). The Pro tier includes 12 months of update notes; this does not extend the licence into a subscription.

4. What the Kit is not

The Kit is not software-as-a-service. It is not a Microsoft 365 add-in. It is not an Anthropic product. It is a set of templates and an installable Claude skill that you install in your own Claude environment.

5. Your obligations

  • You will follow your firm's data, privacy, and AI policies when installing and using the Kit.
  • You will not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the files.
  • You will keep your Lemon Squeezy receipt and download links private to you.
  • You will review AI-generated briefs before acting on them.

6. Refunds (digital goods)

The Kit is a digital product delivered immediately on purchase and cannot be returned once downloaded. For that reason, all sales are final and we do not offer change-of-mind refunds. So you can decide before you buy, the full sample brief is available free on this site and by email. Nothing in this section limits the consumer guarantees under the ACL that cannot lawfully be excluded: if the Kit is faulty or not as described, your rights under the ACL still apply.

7. No professional advice

The Kit and any output it produces is not financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. It is an executive operating tool. Where the data raises a regulated question, surface it to qualified advisers and follow your firm's compliance process.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Kit is limited to the amount you paid for the Kit. Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer guarantees under the ACL that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Kit constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
